American Eagle Gold Bullion Coins unlike their proof counterparts, don’t seem to be sold instantly to most people, but to a series of authorized buyers. These buyers obtain the uncirculated bullion coins from the Mint in response to the present spot price of the metal plus a small premium. American Eagle Gold Bullion Coins are made in four denominations that contain one ounce, half-ounce, quarter-ounce and tenth-ounce of gold.
